César Mouriño - CFE

With a passion for serving and helping people, César joined the United States Marine Corps. After his service, he started working in Law Enforcement. He then transitioned into Financial Services in 1995. In 2000 he opened his own Small Business in Hospitality, which has allowed César to develop a great Clientele throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. César has represented many Clients for over 25 years. He partnered up with First Financial Security as an Area Marketing Director in 2011and in 2012 launched a division of First Financial Security in Puerto Rico, with great Success. In 2017, César started his own agency, LifeAnswers Financial Group in Tampa, Florida. He has become a leader in the Insurance Industry delivering the latest and greatest Financial Solutions Insurance Carriers have to offer. César continues to provide the same dedication to all his Clients and Business Partners with his hands-on experience with how technology affects the insurance industry. Staying ahead of the Industry’s frequent changes, is César’s sixth sense.

Alex Buchanan

A Tampa native, Alex joined the United States Air Force and served his country proudly for 20 years. After his service, he moved overseas and worked in the airline industry. He changed paths and dived into Financial Services in 2013 upon returning to the United States. Having lived and worked in various places, both domestically and overseas, Alex has met great people from multiple backgrounds and cultures. This experience and knowledge has given Alex a unique understanding of every type of person and their exact needs for their very own particular situation. Alex knows how to provide a solid and sound solution when it comes to clients’ Financial health and future. Partnering up with First Financial Security in 2013 and transitioning over to LifeAnswers Financial Group in 2019, Alex brings the same dedication to his clients and partners as he brought to serving his country in the Air Force.

William G. Murphy III - CPA

A graduate from Mississippi State University, will received a BS in Accounting. Later, Bill Served in the Army to fulfill his ROTC obligation and went to work with a national CPA firm for several years. He then spent time as a CPF of a Large Fortune 500 Subsidiary as well as time as a CEO of an Oil and Gas Production start-up. Bill spent several years recently in local CPA practices where he became concerned with the volatility of client’s 401k’s and other tax favored investments. After extensive research, he formed his opinion that Indexed Universal Life products offered a safer and more certain retirement vehicle for many future retirees. As a result of this, he became a Licensed Life Agent in Florida. Bill then associated himself with César Mouriño, who introduced him to an astounding product which can reduce the time it takes for a person to pay off their mortgage and other debt by over 50%. He presently operates Murphy Tax Solutions In Naples, Florida and is working with César in LifeAnswers Financial Group where he is excited for the opportunity to help people get out of debt and have a good retirement awaiting them.

Jose Alicea

From the island of Puerto Rico, Jose grew up loving his people and the culture that embodied it. Wanting to give back to the community, Jose worked in law enforcement for several years. In 2004, he moved to the city of Orlando in the state of Florida and started his own company in the construction industry. Years later he made the transition to the financial services industry while beginning to develop within real estate. Since 2013, Jose and his wife are pastors of the Gracia En Familia Church. The passion he has for helping people drives him to serve his family, friends and clients by understanding their needs and aspirations while providing each person with a personalized service. Two years ago he began to collaborate with LifeAnswers Financial Group , providing people with excellent education, financial services and literature.
